There seems to be an ever  constant & ongoing demand  for all types of cleaning work.All of my Previous tradework has always involved cleaning prior to start of work & at completion of work.There are 2 reasons for this 1 the job requires hygiene from any contamination & 2 It should always be left in a Clean Hygienic Condition for Asthetic & Health Reasons.

One of my oldest & dearest customers contacted me last month she had been struggling to keep her place clean & tidy for sometime.I hadnt seen her in many years & she didnt realize it was me who she had called.I was able to complete all that she required done & had time to do a lot extra above & beyond the quote $90 She insisted on paying me $100 so I accepted so we would both feel dignified & comfortable with the exchange .

I get out to meet alot of people.You find a lot of humility & dignity when someone lets you into thier premises to share responsiblities with thier life  & precious posessions. There is no greater honour than being paid employment by someone they get to trust & respect you. It's great and fullfilling feeling.

They usually ask how much will it cost & long  will the job be Never how good & well can you do it you.My response is I cant tell you how much or how long even if I look at it.But i can give an estimate of minimum & maximum cost & timesbased on previous jobs Its often subject budgets.

For this particular work & industry I have over 40 years of experience having worked since 1970 when in High School in various jobs at Restaraunts,Service Stations Boatsheds,Chemists & NewsPaper Shops.All of these jobs required a large degree of High Level Cleaning .In adult life I've had much similar jobs & as Manager Supervisor & Proprieter various Businesses including Corporate Commercial & Industrial & Hosptality & Aged Care Facilities. The training comes comes with all the Certifications, HACCP Acreditation,Anzsus,ASIO & Police Clearences & Blue Cards OHS & ChemTech Card
