Being sick and tired of chasing down different trades in the local paper, having trades not turn up and people not being able to finish a job to any standard. Not to mention being charged an arm and a leg.

Are they a registered business (ABN) ?  Do they have contact details, so that if something goes wrong, I can contact them?  Are their prices in a range of every one elses?  If they are very cheap or offer cash price only, then most likely they are a "fly by night" operation. Be wary of these.

BKM Property Maintenance is a family owned and operated, results driven business which was established in early May 2009 to improve the properties and the lifestyles of others through delivering a complete property maintenance service.  We take pride in any and every job that we do.  We prefer to do the job right the first time.  But if anything does need adjusting or reworking, it comes at a no cost to you.

Have a budget that the can realistically afford.  Discuss and plan.  Flexibility in time-frames and priorities of tasks needed to be done first

Unfortunately there are no special offers to One Flare customers, as this would be highly unfair to all customers and clients.  Though we do offer large discounts for repeat customers.

Our prices are set at a level that gives both, great price and great service.  With out compromising on the serviceability and the quality of the job at hand.

How much do your Services cost? Our Rates will always stay as competitive as possible without compromising on quality and service.  Our services are charged at an hourly rate, half day rate or full day rate.  Hourly Day rate is $50 (Minimum charge of 2 hours) Half Day rate is $200 Full Day rate is $350
