I like to work with my hands and problem solve. I wanted to provide a service which is more personal and friendly than others I had encountered in past and I also wanted to break away from my past job to work for myself .

How much do you charge? For 8 hrs I charge $280, 4 hrs is $150 and 2 hrs is $100. Materials cost will also be added to this after completion.   Can you organize material? Yes I can organize the material and give advise on what to get.  Do you have insurance? Yes i have a Public Liability Insurance package.

First tell me your suburb and then describe the job to me. It is great if you can send photos, measurements, links to sites that might have helped you to imagine your idea. Every detail you send can help to get a more accurate quote or time frame.

A customer can save a lot of money if they source and purchase as many of the materials needed for the job themselves. This saves the customer from paying extra for the time spent on the handyman researching and  picking up and delivering the material.   You can also save time and money if you are clear on exactly what needs to be done. A lot of time can be wasted by the handyman if there is a lot of problem solving needed before starting a job.  Also think and make sure that what you need done is the only job at the time. Customers often remember about other jobs when the handyman is already there for the original job and therefor more time must be spent finding material and travelling

I have ten years experience in trades services, including eight years as an Engineering Trades-person in Fabrication and Heavy Welding, five of which I spent as Workshop Supervisor on a team of designers and manufacturers of equipment for the oil and gas industry. Also during that time, I acquired my Certificate One in General Plumbing and Gas Fitting.
