  Job Description: Hi there I have a small job about 2.2 sq meters there is a cement base I have lifted the old tiles I am getting conflicting advice weather or not the cement has to waterproofed . The tiles I have are ceramic 300x300 there is still some residue on the cement from the old tiles I have had quotes from $400 to $800 I do not want to be ripped off want a good job done. There is toilet in the bathroom so the tiles will need to be cut to accommodate the toilet
