Yes we are fully insured.  We offer a 14 day fix it for free (if due to poor workmanship) guarantee on all work, parts however will be the clients responsibility to initiate dall warranties they come with if any

I started the business young after and during obtaining many qualifications,  and with threes I knew I could provide a service to others where they only had one stop to make for all their needs, requiregents,  and dreams to be built or achieved.

We all love our jobs for many varying reasons, but we all agree that our jobs provide us with the ability to meet our wonderful clientele face to face, bringing to them the satisfaction they set out for.

Ask for a full  breakdown of the requested service, for example, if you hire one of our cleaners you should make clear what it is you want them to do for it can be included on your invoice/ statement, and therefore can be carried out appropriately and born parties are clear of both duties and costs.

Costs and time frames are usually the top questions we get from clients.   These questions are answered honestly and with as much accuracy as we possibly can. However with price rises and weather, they are subject to change but with full notice before commencing any purchases and work.

Like you, we too want to see the end result of our work, and running behid schedule creates the dreaded domino effect.   Being that I have my families name in my businesses name, I could never let another family down as much as I wouldn't my own.

Full name.  Full  address of the property in question.   Contact details including a second contact number or email to that you'd regularly use. What type of job. Start date

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Be sure of all options you select upon quotations,  as some materials: ie paint  cannot be returned therefore it can be costly to our customers 2. Budget for changes you may make due to unforeseen set backs such as loss of income. 3. Be involved/proactive, research your ideas first saving time.

Being privately owned we are able to reduce our rates for services without corporate red tape prevention.  We learn new ways of working everyday which saves us time, and in turn saving you money.

Contact is initiated via email, where we will look at a suitable time to you for a face to face quote (preferable). Some jobs are able to be quoted via email and no inspection,  however these generally relate to cleaning/small handyman jobs.  *Non face to face are subject to change upon visual.
