  Could not be happier the guys arrived on time were very friendly and told me what they were doing at all times. Had to go get a part were back quickly and got on with there job showing me what they had got and why. Fixed our pipe leak just as quick as they found it, great service and value will be letting my friends know who to call for any plumbing issues. Great Job guys.

  On my comments I said what I thought was wrong with the toilet but when they came to fix it, it was only a $12 part + labour but I still had to pay $140 because that's what I was originally quoted. I would of been better of getting them to replace parts that I didn't have to, but I wasn't told anything until it came time to pay. If I had known this to start of with I would never of agreed to that. I'm a woman on my own and I didn't have the tools to fix it. So I got ripped off and I didn't even get an I voice

  A complete disappointment. Having accepted their quote and agreed a time the next day, no-one showed up. I got no reply to my follow-up text and voice messages. On the basis of my experience I would not be recommending this business to anyone.

  Frankly I was amazed and delighted by the whole experience, particularly the ability to provide the new System so quickly. One small point is that perhaps the Contract Installer ( who was very pleasant and courteous ) could have warned me that it would take a little while for the water flow to resume fully. Realise that's probably " common sense " but we all understand, that is often not so "common". All in all , excellent work .
