An average job at best. To get the quote I specifically asked for the bathrooms, oven and range hood to be cleaned ready for sale. In the bathrooms, after being told they were complete, I had to ask for the toilet to be cleaned and the vanity to be wiped out. Then in the kitchen neither the range hood nor the oven were done, again I had to ask. Frustrated I let Sofia and her assistant go, but I am now in the situation where I have to clean the oven again. Not happy and expected much better. I do not recommend this service.Dominique

Sofia cleaned my oven. The people who had previously lived here did not appear to have cleaned the oven in the last five years, so it was in a terrible state. By the time Sofia had finished with it, it was looking almost new again. A great job for a reasonable price!Alex

Booked for a whole house deep clean service. After 3 hours of so called work, the house is in similar condition before the clean. I was told at the kitchen was done but the water tapes weren't even wiped properly, sink was dirty, pantry untouched. Kitchen was at best 1/2 done. These floor weren't cleaned, still dusts and marks all over. Would expected the windows to be at least wiped however the inside of the windows still dusty. This is a horrible experience and the job was absolutely unacceptable!14 Aug 2017
Im sorry about your experience how ever you had made out like the property was in a reasonable state and just needed a general clean before the property was to go to market. When i arrived there were 4 trades still completing work and triping over each other i had cleaned 3 rooms when another trade made a worse mess in all then before they had to be redone i was asked to do windows when started i was stopped by another trade who advised it was pointless as he was there to tint them the property was in a horrible condition definetly not reasonable when leaving i had said i would be back to finish first thing in thing in the morning as i would like to ve the last trade in the property so my efforts were not pointless client wouldnt return phone call i have photos as evidence i find it quite insulting a review has been put up before abd contact has been made with myself
